I have used Estes SureMove before, great people ! Brought a brand new trailer and very clean inside to our house. All there drivers are very pleasant and will explain everything to you. They helped us set up the ramp, will use them again.

The trailer arrived on time and the driver was very nice and helpful in how to open and use the trailer and ramp they provided. The trailer was in good shape, and we got prompt answers to our questions. We chose Estes because our son-in-law had used them and was happy with them too. We rented the entire truck so we could store our belongings in the trailer while we look for a home, so we only have to move our belongings once. Truck was dirty and it took 3 phone calls to get the trailer picked up. On the good side they delivered the trailer on time both for load and unload. Fair price

Containers were dirty. Everything else was absolutely excellent!

The trailer floor was filthy, if you rented a u-haul you have to sweep it out for the next person, it should be done for this too. They parked the two trailers across the street from my house instead of in front of my house. Called them back and they did move one of them to the same side of the street, but wouldn't do the other as there was a fire hydrant there?? It was going to be there for 6 hrs tops and I'd have paid for the ticket if they got one. Our neighbor next door used this company and that is why I chose them, and they parked in front of the hydrant during his move. They were on time, came back on-time to pick up trailer when they said they would. They were flexible with us when we had to change the drop off date at the last minute.

The dispatchers Nate and Marisa from Budget Van Lines were spectacular. The Estes drivers that dropped off the trailer in Pennsylvania were polite and professional and courteous. The driver dropped the trailer off on time, but we didn't get to meet him. The only problem was the combination lock we purchased wasn't on the truck when it arrived. Shawn the driver called dispatch and the company said they would reimburse me the cost. It is stressful to move and it can be very expensive. I am very glad I hired Budget Van Lines and Estes SureMove Trailer.

Great reliable service, had an issue with placement of the trailers but they came back and fixed it prior to the loading of the trailers.

okay need to be cleaner inside

Well my boxes and bins and two beds made it. Be prepare to pay a little bit of the quote otherwise you don't get your stuff, but its here. I have two beds, 14 boxes and 6 bins and four bags and a vacuum cleaner and somehow I went over the footage. So I had to give them an extra $500, but its here...Yeah and please wrap your beds, mattress and box spring in plastic or blankets because they will arrive in this black dust, but its here...My memory foam mattress is so black I don't know if it can be cleaned. But its here!

Have used ESTES. They do exactly as they say. They are prompt, courteous, and professional and not just on time but ahead of schedule. I have used them before and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Estes was accommodating, courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again. My only concern is that the load may have shifted or bumped and in doing so, the marble top from my antique table broke (about 6 inches off the corner)

Good service, easy to get in touch with a real human person. Their rate is a little higher than U-Pack, but their storage fees are MUCH cheaper. Good if you have a gap between homes. The drivers were both polite and helpful.

Trailer arrived on time and was picked up as scheduled. I paid $1,300.00 for 8 linear feet of trailer space for items to be moved from DFW to PHX.

Esta sure move was very economical and got all my stuff they're in great condition. Couldn't be happier about the price I paid, the service, and how quickly and promptly my items arrived cross country.

The drivers were timely and courteous when dropping off the trailer. I was very pleased with their ability to place the trailer in the most accessible location possible. Scheduling was easy and adjustable to our schedules. My only dislikes were that the loading ramp was heavy and difficult for the average person to connect and the trailer was very dirty inside.

Estes Sure move is awesome . We moved from Virginia to California . I couldn't have got it any more cheaper . They were on time and it is their own trucks , so u don't have to worry if the truck is going to show up or not . I would go with them for any long distance move.

Both of the truck drivers went over and above their job description--at pickup and delivery. Don't know the driver's name in Arkansas but hector was awesome in Illinois

Never met a promised timeline on either end. Truck was dirty leaving my things filthy. No ramp, dolly, or bulkhead causing extra trips. No weekend services.Will not use Movingplace again.

The truck was delivered on time with a bulkhead and extra load lock bars. The ramp was easy to use and the driver went over all the items to make sure I knew how they worked.

Great job Would use again!
