Highly recommend ABF UPack as they were reliable in dropping the cube as scheduled and worked with us on a revised pickup day.

As expected for a DIY move

ABF managed to navigate our very narrow street, thanks to their on-board fork lift. Their dispatch team was able to accommodate our schedule to ensure we had plenty of time to load-up our UPack Relocubes before pickup. They were able to get the cubes loaded into a very tight area, off-street.

We got a trailer (rather than Relocubes) from ABF UPack, which worked well for our situation.

Best moving company bar none. There is not company out there that can beat this company for it's efficiency and ability to move your goods at a rate that cannot be beat. We have moved coast to coast 3 times and they have never failed us.

They did what I hired them to do and the agreed upon price. No surprises.

good driving nothing broken

The move transportation was smooth from delivery of the UPack Relocubes through transport to my destination, drop-off, and pick-up of the empty cubes. I would not hesitate to use them again myself and would recommend them to anyone else for their move.

We live on a narrow street, and they came prepared with a forklift to transport my UPack cubes to the curb in front of my house.

I had about 300 cu ft of household goods coming from a storage facility in WA. The first company I called is a well-known supplier of containers. Their rep talked for over 30 minutes (I got to talk to maybe 5) and about one-third of that was berating U-Pack. I was skeptical and I thought their prices were rather high. I called U-Pack and spent less than 10 minutes on the phone. Everything was included for one price which was substantially less than the competition. No long spiel. They were able to accommodate my need to move out of the storage facility by the end of the month to avoid being charged for another month. Although winter storms delayed the transport of my shipment, I was not in a rush. In fact, I welcomed the delay as it gave me more time to get ready. When it came time to deliver my shipment, snow storms postponed the delivery several times. But rescheduling was easy. When I got stressed out about trying to coordinate their dropping the trailer with the arrival of the unloading crew, Carol suggested scheduling the unloading for the day after the trailer was dropped. Perfect! No stress for me. And no extra charge for the trailer to sit overnight. All included. While I have no plans to move again, if I did I would definitely use U-Pack/ABF. 5 stars.

Arrived on time for delivery and pickup and placed 2 cubes as needed. Chose cubes over regular moving company because goods don't get "lost" - just happens and experienced that twice.

This was extremely convenient in terms of the calendar days and timing. It was inconvenient in that I had to hire secondary movers and rent trucks on both ends of the move to get my stuff to/from their distribution centers, as I was moving from/to urban areas that didn't allow the pods to be dropped at my door, I suppose. In the end, this additional cost(s) made it such that I should have just hired normal movers, but this does take extra time that I didn't have. Had they dropped the cube at my door(s), this would have been 10/10. Also, my stuff got very, very damaged inside the cube - but I'm attributing this to the (very) poor packing job of the movers on the origin end of my move. They left furniture unwrapped, etc. I've never had so much stuff damaged - so pack your stuff well, because these cubes must get really bumped around.

so far so good. The bulk heads were a surprise that I wish they had told me about, but past that they've been great to work with.

This is the third time I have used the ABF company. I would recommend them highly. The cost is very reasonable, the loading and unloading crews that they contract with are responsible and careful.

Cube is on the smaller side a single cube may struggle if moving more then 1 person in a small studio or 1 bedroom. Would need a second or small uhaul tow behind if moving more then that.

The move isn't over yet, but when I called, I generally got someone very respectful and helpful. We had bad weather on the day my cubes were to be delivered, so they called me to say they'd be late. I said they could deliver them the next day by a certain time. They were a LITTLE BIT late, but it all worked out. Jim, the driver who brought them, was full of good information for me and did a TOP NOTCH JOB using that fork lift and perfectly aligning the two cubes in my driveway.

Drivers who delivered and picked up were great. I had to sweep out wood scraps and dirt before I could load my stuff. The bade boards were junk and the locking latches were nearly unusable but I made them work

The ABF trailer was dropped off on the booked days. Pick up of the empty trailer was delayed by two days d/t staffing problems.

Very upfront pricing and delivery was right on schedule.

We have used UPACK several times and they are the best! They have contracts with efficient moving labor companies which makes moving affordable and worry free.

They say 3 days to empty and the container sat in front of my house for nine days . When they didn’t come when scheduled …they never bothered calling

Drivers were professional, took care to give us the details we needed to be successful with the move and were efficient in pickup and drop off.

Great online user experience, good after-hours customer support, website was clear and they gave email and phone call confirmation at each step of the process. Price was justified for the reputation and peace of mind.

We had a great experience with UPacks Relocube service. We used two cubes for our move. The scheduling was easy and communication was clear. The drivers who delivered and picked up the cubes on both ends of our cross-country move were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

While the move turned out okay, it was stressful at times due to inflexible scheduling. I moved into a city with parking restrictions, and the company was not helpful in making sure my trailer could be dropped off in the morning and picked up before the end of the day. I managed to make it happen, but more support and understanding during the process would have been nice.

Great experience with the relocube drop off and pick up. Cube arrived as scheduled.

George delivered our trailers into our driveway with skill and ease. He placed wooden boards under the support posts to insure our driveway was not damaged. The trucks were very clean and looked fairly new.

They were very kind and accommodating when the tropical storm threw a money wrench into the schedule. Very professional.

Pods arrived in Arizona earlier than expected. The pods were delivered on the scheduled dates and picked up when asked. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went very smoothly, recommended! Everyone was very helpful, including Jacob in Indianapolis who helped with me getting another cube.

The locking interior door was broken, and we had a hard time securing our items. Communication via the phone was very good.

Process driven and reliable.

Excellent process with a quality staff. Just remember, they only provide transport...the quality of your delivery is highly dependant on the team you hire.

Trailer was ok but... the packers, Two Men and a Truck were horrible.

Extremely convenient and best price

The cubes were dropped off at our origination location during the designated time frame. The driver was careful in placing the cubes and made sure the placement was the best for our location. Transporting the cubes in a timely fashion went well and the cubes actually arrived earlier than the estimated time we were told.

THE SHOW UP ON TIME TO DROP IT OFF AS WELL AS THE PICK UP, ACTUALLY THEY CAME EARLY TO PICK IT UP.

They were prompt in dropping off and picking up the trailer. All of the people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

ABF is consistently great to work with

I have not received my belongings yet but up until now everything has gone smoothly and they’ve been very accommodating. Jacob dropped off my cubes and was very professional and helpful. I am moving across the country and UPack will be holding my belongings in storage for at least a month while I stay with friends and look for a new place.

Communication was fantastic and always available to answer questions.

We used two 28' trailers, one full and other 70% full.
