Second time using. A delight I work with.

Door to Door is an excellent company. I had absolutely no problems with a long distance move. All of their employees were helpful about answering my questions or calling me back if they didn't know the answer. I have used them both for storage and for the move.

Door to Door was great. They were very well organized, easy to work with, delivered the units on time, and everything that was transported arrived just as we had packed it.

Containers are nice and clean.

The individual who delivered my container was courteous, caring, professional and skilled. I can say the same for the person who helped me with my rental. I would (will) use them again.

Customer service was fantastic, very helpful, on-time and professional. I would use them again, definitely.

Completely happy with whole process

I would not use these again. We went with Door to Door because we thought it would help us to organize our move to have a container for each room as opposed to PODS where it would all go in one container. The PODS hold more and can be easier packed because they are taller and items like couches can go upright. The PODS bid was cheaper, by a little for 3 Door to Door units. We ended up having to use 4 units so it ended up that we would have saved $700 going with PODS. Even with 4 units we did not have enough space even though we were careful to tell them the unusual items we had. These things are small. We now have the extra expense and labor of having to get a storage unit because we didn't want to get a 5th unit for an additional $400. Because of the lack of space in the units nothing ended up being organized anyway. We had to just put things wherever they would fit, so the whole reason for getting these was negated. Go with PODS. They are cheaper, hold more, and pack more efficiently. I recommend Door to Door only if you have very little to pack. It would be a good choice if you only needed 1 small unit and didn't need the large size of the POD unit.

Dropped off and picked up container on time and as scheduled. Items arrived unbroken and just as packed.

Door to door was fantastic

Lots of hidden fees if your plans change. We hadn't yet purchased a new home when we packed the container.

It would be nice if they were able to drop off the container during the weekend, but other than, it was hassle free.

Considerate customer service. There were some confusing logistics around where to set the containers on city streets, but otherwise a seamless exchange.

I'm not local to MN, so the Hire-a-Helper site was helpful in finding Phil's Excellence. I chose them based on reviews - lots of positive experiences, good customer service, and experience in loading storage containers. Phil's was definitely the right choice. They made everything go as smoothly as it could.

Door to door delivered 2 weeks later than agreed date of contract.

Very great at communicating, however had to discuss delivery when container arrived because it was different then what they told me prior.

Great service. They even brought an extra crate in case I needed it, which I did.

They took forever, weren't very cheap and broke my dresser. Just a hair under $2,000 for a 5'x8'x7' tall pod. Be wary of the "lip" of the pod door. The inner measurements are not as advertised.

Door to Door has been good (although I don't take delivery of the containers for a month or two). One wrinkle was that they had a breakdown of the hydraulic system on their truck when dropping off empties, and were backed up/delayed by about 3-4 hrs. They were a bit tardy on calling me, but offered to refund the $100 or so delivery cost as an apology (still waiting on this, but expect it will come soon.)

D2D was fine. I was lucky that the truck didn't come to pick up the pod exactly at 7am. May be better to pack the pod overnight as opposed to the morning of the pick up date.

Did everything expected of them in a reasonable fashion. They missed their window for drop-off by 2 hours and communication at times was a little less than perfect, but overall, they moved everything from point a to point b safely and cheaply. have recommended them to others and will continue to.

Very professional. Follow through was excellent. Extremely helpful.

I am staging my house so I can put it on the market so just wanted to clear out closets and remove some bulkier furniture in advance. Using Door-to-Door was great. I can pack a container at a time and then when I'm ready to move, they just meet me at the new place. It's been very convenient.

I loved the POD experience and would recommend them and use them. I am completely dissatisfied with the movers they recommended however.

Worked out great - they delivered the container, provided the lock, it was sturdy and rainproof - got all my stuff into it and then they came the next day to collect - I'd certainly use them again.

Great to work with, very attentive and helpful. Will definitely think of them for any future moves.
