Great options for moving; prompt service that I didn't have to wait on the phone for hours on (like one of their better known competitors). They were VERY responsive and professional. Go Minis were new and in great condition. It was no small feat to load and unload them on our small dead end road but they did it with care. I would certainly recommend them and absolutely use them again.

Go Mini's really saved the day. This was much better than renting a truck and hauling all my possessions back and forth between my house, a personal storage unit and then to our new house. Worth every cent. The drivers were extremely professional, punctual and skillful at dropping off and picking up the containers at my homes. Dean, Jason and Mark: you rock! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Lorie was like my own logistics coordinator, always working to meet my moving objectives. The Go Mini's team worked around MY schedule, dropping off and picking up containers as I needed. They had ready access to a seemingly unlimited number of containers. My furniture and belongings arrived no worse for the journey. I highly recommend Go Mini's Simi Valley whenever you need to move or store anything.

We are using their smaller 12 foot container to store furniture and belongings prior to showing the house. The driver arrived on-time and was very professional and careful in the placement of the unit. The unit itself appears almost new, it is sturdy and has great capacity. When full they will pick it up, store it on their site for future delivery. I will update the review when we receive it at our new home. (local move)

I went with Go Mini as they were the only provider to offer a truly climate storage container. Many other providers say they offer climate controlled, but when you get down to it, the temperature is not regulated. On the containers I used, there was an independent AC unit which offered true climate controls. One note on these units though is that the AC unit is at the back of the container and should be switched on prior to loading. Go Mini did not mention this to me with my first container until it was already packed and ready for pickup. That was very frustrating. The drop off of the unit for packing and original pickup were very smooth. The company was able to move quickly and on short timelines. I was very appreciative. The destination drop off, on the other hand, was poorly coordinated. There is no online reservation system or confirmation that you are actually scheduled to receive your container on the day you requested it to be delivered. Despite providing 20 days notice of when I wanted my container delivered, my container was not delivered as requested. The company did deliver the container the next business day, but this caused issues with scheduling movers and other dependencies. Because there is no online reservation or visible confirmation of scheduling, you must stay on top of the them to get your container delivered as desired. The manager was respectful of the situation, but it did provide much more stress than was necessary. With a simple reservation and notification system, this could have been avoided.

One thing I didn't realize about GoMini's was the steep slope that the container comes off the truck. I've seen PODs delivered and the container stays (more or less) level as it is hoisted off the truck and lowered to the street. The GoMini's container came off at a ~15-20 degree angle. That makes me a little apprehensive about damage in transit

Go Mini's was very flexible with our entire move! We had a 1 week layover between closings, and this made it so easy to store our entire household! We changed the delivery and pick up times more than once, and they were always able to accommodate! Holly in the office and the driver, Ron, were both extremely helpful and very friendly!

Gomini's is the perfect idea for staging a home. I am using the Gomini for staging and for moving, HireaHelper loaded the unit and now my home looks good and ready for sale.

I was very happy with the go mini in my driveway. The guy that delivered it was very careful and friendly and did a great job of making sure the go mini was balanced on two sticks since there was snow.

Worst experience ever. Delivery scheduled for window between 10am &1:15 pm. Hearn nothing till I called pods at 2:15. Driver called me back at 2:30 & said he broke down and so he got a late start said he would call me back in 20 mins. Heard nothing. Called driver at 4:00 got voice mail. Called pods Corp and they gave me # o. local pods dealer where my pods was stored. Called them got. Got ans. Machine left message, called driver & local dealer 4 times each & left message to call me. Urgent that o know if and when deliv would occur since driver would need code to get into complex. After waiting 8 hrs I had to leave but no one would return my urgent calls. Too much other details to get into. Suffice to sAy that pods Corp pods local or driver had no communication and no one could reach anyone else. I would never recommend this agent or pods Corp to. Anyone.

Billy Justice worked hard to coordinate our move. He worked to deliver and pick up the containers to fit our needs. I was always able to get him on the phone and he was professional and friendly. I will refer the company.

Go Mini's is the best there is around. The driver Jason was fantastic. He was careful with the pick up & delivery, he was prompt, easy going and EXTREMELY helpful. He has such a great attitude and is a great asset to the company. The container was the perfect size and just what I need. Go, Go Mini's!

Dropped off on time. POD was a good size but a tad too small to accomodate garage/patio contents.

We loaded up two 20-foot GoMinis and put them in storage for a month. I think the biggest difficulty was that we didn't tie everything back quite as well as we should have, and one door was difficult to open when we started unloading. I didn't really interact with the delivery/pick-up guys, but the phone people were great. For loading AND unloading, the containers were placed perfectly in my driveways, exactly the way I wanted them.

The "GoMini" was delivered on time. Tore up the lawn, but this was the first time the "movers" had seen a "Mini" in a back yard (abutting a 20 acre meadow). Thus, we will deal with that when we have to.

Go Mini's was a great company to use. Very efficient and delivered and picked up when promised. I highly recommend this service.
