Glad I used Zippy Shell - better phone service and less expensive than PODS. I was impressed by their communication with drop-off, pickup, and assuring it was in the perfect location for loading. Excellent customer service and easy to use. The pod was clean and spacious.

I liked Zippy shell because they deliver where I want to go. I am concerned that the packrat handlers have less concern about my property than perhaps zippyshell would. If everything arrives intact I will give them five stars.

Zippy Shell. Arrived on time with no damage

The move and storage were extremely easy and simple. However, the end warehouse originally delivered an empty shell to my home as they were not aware they were to be delivering my possessions. This eventually ended being a situation of my shells not being labeled with my name or any sort of identifiable number that would tie it to me. I ended up having to reschedule my movers to accommodate the delayed delivery.

I had used Zippy Shell previously and they were great throughout the process. Since then, they added another company (Pack Rat). This move did not go smoothly after the loading of the items (which was handled well. I added unloading of the shell the day the shell was loaded yet that was not done by the Zippy Shell representative I spoke with. I was supposed to be notified when my items made it to the storage facility and I was not. I called Zippy Shell and was told that my items were already at their storage facility and was delivered days before. I told them that I was not notified and there was no apology or explanation. They also said there was no record of unloading on my order. There were unable to schedule delivery of my items for 6 days and was told I would have to schedule call and schedule a separate company to unload the shell. Communication was pretty poor unlike my previous move with Zippy Shell.

They did what they said they would do.

Easy to pack,on time

Looks like this is going to be a great way to go. Just had a little trouble coordinating time of drop off so that our packers were here at the same time, but it all worked out fine. Drivers were very nice and helpful. Hoping it works as well in GA!!!

Overall a satisfactory experience. I found it frustrating that I could not decline the free loading in favor of my chosen helpers and it proved to be somewhat time consuming trying to coordinate arrival times. The actual loading into the ZippyShell by the free loading help was a bit haphazard, but all but one piece of furniture arrived intact. The shell itself is advertised as holding 2-3 rooms of furniture, but I did not find it big enough for that.

Zippy shell dropped containers off on multiple days and worked around my schedule...they gave me 3 containers one month storage for each and delivery of all 3 for around 1k

We had two Zippyshell pods. They were shiny, bright red, and immaculately clean. They were expertly delivered and picked up right on schedule. We had a gap between moves and Ron stored our Zippyshells for that time. When they were delivered, precisely when we needed them, everything was clean, dry, and just as we left it. Ron and Bobby made sure that pick-ups and delivery went smoothly. They're friendly, communicative and clearly care about and have pride in doing a great job. I'm delighted to have found Zippyshell and would highly recommend them.

The only comment I have is that they did not call prior to arrival. The transportation company was actually ZIPPY & not Pods. Their name was not among the options to chose from.

Zippy Shell is the perfect solution for interim storage.

Steve was wonderful to work with. He and his employee were professional, patient, kind, and very flexible. We ran into a little problem and they were very helpful and kind about offering a solution. They were extremely hard working , and made an otherwise stressful move go much smoother. I will use them every time I move from now on, and I highly recommend that you do to. The office staff was also very kind to work with. Overall, it was a great experience.

Zippy Shell is storing our furniture for a remodel / foundation work. They delivered the day prior to the movers arrival as expected and picked up the next day after we called them. Great Job, highly recommend Zippy Shell
