20ft Uhaul with heavy car hauling. Performed suberb.

Nothing with the rental went well. Company changed pick up location without communicating. Since we didn't have a car, we waited 45 minutes for a Uber to take us to another UHaul location. This location was a run-down store, sharing a space with a very, very old market. This UHaul location had no packing supplies, very dirty and unfriendly. No one offered any support related to the change of locations or fact that they had no supplies. We had to then go back to the first location for boxes and packing materials after we told that the 2nd location would have all the supplies we needed. Then, they changed the final drop off location, to an area that wasn't convenient. Not a good experience!

Our truck was old, dirty upon pickup, the steering was mis-aligned, we rented moving pads and a dolly tat was never put into the truck (after hours mobile pickup) 17 hours of driving in a dirty, cramped, loud, shaky, poorly maintained truck.

Good use. But make sure you count your blankets. I was shorted several and was charged.

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!! They were 2 hours late to begin the horror! They sent a 23 and 26 year old inexperienced worker both of which are the owners children. I hired 3 workers, but only 2 of three could do heavy lifting. Because of their inexperience they were unable to get my 2 bedrooms, 2 sofas, dining table, office furniture and boxes into a 26 foot truck which can handle 5 bedrooms and more. Because they were unable to get all my items on the truck 2 trips were made. My old address and new address are an hour away from each other. My items were damaged and poorly handled. One of my end tables was left on the truck. After I contacted them about it, they delivered it late last night outside face down broken outside my neighbor’s garage. Be mindful it was a glass table. No one notified me of the delivery and I found out when my neighbor asked if the item was mine. The entire horrific move took 12 hours bc of the careless and unprofessional workers. Because of their poor service they charged me additional time. I’ve had the same items packed before in 26 ft truck and they all fit. I should not be penalized for incompetent workers. Do not use this company!

Easy pickup and return.

Cannot depend on them. THEY GUARANTEE A TRUCK NOT WHERE YOU CAN PICK UP. HAD TO DRIVE 40 miles in a blizzard to get it.

Uhaul made everything easy

The Jumbo Hauler barely held all of the stuff, but I got it loaded in Virginia, and unloaded here in Kentucky!

I rented their Jumbo Hauler, and I am glad I did! The stuff barely fit inside!

Everything went smoothly. Dropping the trailer off at the Return Center was very easy and quick.

Needed a bigger truck

Reserving my 26-ft truck was easy. Pickup was very easy as employees were very pleasant and helpful. I even purchased some extra items there like a flat screen TV moving box and some extra bubble wrap. Truck was in good shape and seemed fairly new (maybe 44K miles or so on it). It drove easy once I got used to it and had USB charging ports which were critical for maps and directions from my cell phone. Return was fairly quick and easy and they even refunded me for a couple boxes of unused/unopened bubble wrap. I initially reserved a truck with Budget but when I called to confirm that it would be ready at the agreed upon pickup time, they told me they would not have the truck until almost 3-hrs later that I reserved. I then cancelled with Budget and went with Uhaul. So glad I did. Uhaul delivered what they promised.

Good except that the truck I requested was not in the system to be picked up at the location I was given. After speaking to U-Haul customer service, they were able to put me in another truck.

You can rent trucks anytime online. I got mine at the last minute, no problem.

Truck was old with 113,000 miles, but it was reliable and it worked.

Uhaul is always a great option. I like the truck and mileage are reasonable. Their insurance coverage rate is also very reasonable.

U-haul is my go to when I need a truck

Truck i reserved was rented out before I got there to pickup had to rent a round trip Truck. Cost twice as much in gas and another extra 2 hours to return it the place it was pickup at. Also they only could offer the largest Truck in the fleet.

The truck was ok. It says something like "smooth ride" but I swear my teeth rattled while driving. The 26' truck drives like a cinderblock. I rented it from JT Auto, and reserved several dollies and blankets, but when I got there they only had an appliance dolly and informed me they were charging my card for the full amount and that I needed to call Uhaul to work out the charges.

Always an easy rental.
