NO SHOW.
I confirmed the day before. I called them after the scheduled time to ask for an update. Was told THEY COULD NOT GET A RIDE. She had not called me proactively because she did not want to cancel. Terrible customer service to leave me uninformed on move day. And obviously not a professional company of they don't have their own transportation and equipment. Stay away.
Luckily Hire a Helper found me another same-day helper and they did a great job. That customer service was exceptional.
