There was one experienced man and two less experienced men, but they accomplished the unloading of the PODS unit without mishap.
They arrived on time and finished in about half the time that I expected.

Polite, respectful. Very careful with our items. I would use them again if needed to move our daughter to a new location. Recommended them to someone on site who needed a move later.
The moves took apart several small pieces of furniture, that didn't need to be taken apart. One was a small plant stand that I could literally pick up with one hand. Then they lost the bolts they took out. Now I have to go find replacements. The other was my desk and they stripped the screws and those need to be replaced. I have no idea why they thought these things need to be taken apart.

We really appreciated all the professionalism, and hard work that Greg and his team gave us in Kentucky. Not only did they show up to get the job done, they were kind and friendly. Not to mention how well they pack into a Pod. I would recommend this team to anyone needing a good, honest hard working team.

The two men were polite but didn't bring a dolly and didn't have much regard to boxes marked fragile.
They didn't pack the trailer to the ceiling like we asked them to use all the space. My husband and I had to go back in and rearrange and pack like we had asked them to. While they were helpful and the labor we needed, I expected more moving experience.
