Had to delay job at the last minute because our truck had a major mechanical issue 2 hours before scheduled unload. They were able to accommodate us for first thing the following morning. Very good job, they finished fast. Would definitely use again.

SORRY I HAVE TO WRITE THIS. IT GIVES ME NO PLEASURE! I have moved many times and used Nathan's moving service 2 times. BUT THIS WAS THE WORST and most DESTRUCTIVE move ever made and I have moved to Russia and back. I ordered 60 blankets for padding. Only 20 were ever used, the rest were still in the plastic sacks the container arrived. All items were in heavy cardboard or plastic boxes I have 5 HDX 27 Gal. Storage Tote and 5 HDX 55 gal. storage totes (from Home Depot) with the lids broken in pieces. It's hard to believe. You have to see it to believe it something it with your eyes. I have a 1 gallon pressure cooker I bought my wife for Christmas severely dented, a dining chair broken, a dresser gouged, and broken so that I can't open the drawers and the bottom coming off (not pressed board either) and a leg broken off a heavy duty end table. I have taken pictures of everything and it makes me sick to my stomach. I had spent so much money and we carefully packed everything. When I open the container the boxes, etc. had shifted all over the container and it was obvious that insufficient time was put into packing. The things that meant most to my wife were treated with disrespect. All the men had to do was take things up the ramp into the container from the building in which it was stored and secure them. I did not quibble about the price and would gladly have paid more if it took more time to protect what was ruined. I was not on site to watch them load and perhaps that is why they packed the container in a way that led to so much destruction. I would not recommend these men to do anything.
