No attitude or courtesy issues- very kind workers. But significant concerns about quality of service provided. One of the two workers was very helpful and efficient. The other one literally kept sitting down on the job and complaining that his back was hurting too much to carry anything. We told him that he didn’t have to do any of the moving up stairs to make it easier on him, but he still had to be asked to work after every single box he carried. (And I do mean “single box” - he wasn’t able to carry more than one thing at a time, no matter how small/light). We honestly got one worker for the price of two.

They worked hard once they arrived, but they were 20 minutes late and I only had the truck for 1 hour and 40 more minutes after they arrived. We had to rush and help them to load in order to not get charged overages on the truck rental.

Great movers. They showed up on time and brought all the equipment needed for our move. They worked hard and we’re really nice guys. They had a solid plan for moving our stuff. We would use them again.

They were an hour late, showed up with no tools to disassemble furniture I listed as needing to be disassembled, no furniture pad, or dolly as listed too. They loaded boxes and fragile stuff first, then furniture... it took 2 loads of a 10 foot U-Haul for 2 literal bedroom sets and boxes. One of the movers left the job while unloading the truck with no communication to anyone. After dealing with his boss my second load was finally loaded after 9pm (8 hrs later) then unloaded the next day, but movers left before assembling furniture, or going back for third load to load bed base they forgot. Many items are broken and damaged, and most of it was moved by me and my kid.

We had to reschedule and they were very accommodating for the short notice. The guys were professional and very quick with unloading the truck.

Yes I’d use Reaction Movers again. Although they were about 15 minutes late, they got right to work and were very hard working. They finished my move quickly than anticipated. They were respectful of my property & items. They were polite and listened to where I wanted my items.

Justin and his crew were outstanding to work with. We hired them to do a (load only) partial move for a second home, and we will be using them again.
Justin was great at communicating their due to arrival time. They had a slight delay which happen to work out very well for us, and Justin let us know promptly, which is something unheard of these days.
We arrived at our destination with all our furnishings in order, AND, without any damage.

The team we had reorganized the truck from the previous move team with a different company that had not done a good job. These guys were fast, efficient, and truly professional and wonderful to work with. They helped with wrapping my TVs and helped remove items to go to the trash. I highly recommend these guys for anyone moving. I will be using them again to move out from a storage unit.
