What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us, you will receive a call to go over all aspects of your move and to go over any questions you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to call ahead and show up on time, ready to make your move as stress free as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more preparation you put in, the more likely the move will go faster and therefore will cost less. If there are elevators at your location, be sure to reserve them for your moving date/time. It helps to have a general idea of where you want all the items to be placed at the end location. Clearly label any boxes/totes to aid yourself and the movers for a quicker unload. If you have any heavy dressers going up/down floors, remove the contents.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled anywhere from 1 piece moves to 2-bedroom home moves locally in Northeastern Ohio.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At the end of a move when you can see a weight has been lifted off the customers shoulders, and they can start the process of enjoying their new home.

On job training. I've had the same crew for the past 6 years.
