Truthfully, Tyler wasn’t the nicest mover that we’ve had but him and his team got the job done- and pretty quickly too. Tyler complained about the kind of truck we had, having to move items upstairs, and how big our mattress was. They didn’t even bring tools to put our bed frame together as requested- even though all of this was disclosed before the move. He really made us feel kinda bad, which was frustrating since this is his job and we paid for his service. Honestly, I would go with another company, unless you’re in a bind like we were. Their are better ones out there.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Within 24 hours of booking with us Tyler will reach out to you and make sure that you are prepared and ready for the move. You will also receive a reminder the day before to ensure you are good to go!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
As one of our customers you can expect a prompt crew with a 30 min call reminder letting you know we are on our way. Courteous crews who will carefully wrap, pack, and move your items in order to complete the job efficiently and with a smile on their face.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Ensure all boxes are packed, taped up and ready to go. Rent or buy moving pads ( 1-2 per piece of furniture recommended) Call us if you have any questions or need any additional help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle all types of moves within the Northeast Ohio area. We have even done our fair shareof long distance moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the amount of people I get to help on a day to day basis, its never the same job twice in a row and I know I am providing a service that can help ease the pain of this inevitably stressful time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Many of our movers have previous experience with other moving companies, however new job candidates go through in home training with myself as well as going on a handful of jobs with myself or another trusted manager before being brought on board.
