Took the two gentlemen two hours exactly to pack up my moving truck with around 30 boxes and a dozenish pieces of furniture. Very polite and came prepared with some extra packing items (Budget didn’t have the moving blankets I ordered). Five stars

My wife & I were very impressed with the speed, care and thoughtfulness of our movers. We were stressed about our 16ft POD container fitting everything in our 4 bedroom home, but the guys were able to make it work! They safely wrapped and packed it all and asked us questions when required. Would definitely recommend them!

Not great. They purposely left boxes that said books in our POD and took their time. Not sure if they were milking it to get us to pay for more or not. But after the service for the first two hours, I was not going to pay for more. I get that moving up flights of stairs isn't the best. But my husband and I ended up moving the Lion's share in less time and we are in our 40's. Just glad the TV still works after Austin said, "Oh ****" after dropping it. I wouldn't use them again.

Our team was instructed by your husband to prioritize carrying all furniture items up multiple flights of stairs first, which we completed within the initial two-hour window. We did leave some boxes in the POD, but only after confirming with your husband that furniture was the priority.
Our crew was fully prepared and willing to stay longer to move the remaining boxes. However, your husband indicated that you preferred handling the boxes yourselves to avoid incurring additional charges. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated between everyone involved.
Additionally, I'd like to clarify that while the TV did momentarily slip in my hands, I immediately caught it, and it never made contact with the ground.
