Alex and Austin were awesome! Super hard workers! They got everything in the Pod - amazing! We highly recommend MovingZoom!

The movers did a great job packing the truck. However they went over by 13 mins and charged me for 30. However when they arrived they double parked and forgot to move their cars and then parked in crosswalks. Even though parking was nearby. Bc of this they kept having to move their cars and I got stuck paying more for their inability to park their car. I would not use them again because of this. I shouldn’t have to pay $90 dollars for you to have to move your car multiple times when free parking was available.

I discussed the parking with the crew; they reported being unable to find available spots nearby at that time.
Regarding the 30-minute charge for the 13-minute overage, customer satisfaction is my priority. Had you contacted me, I would have immediately waived this charge or issued a refund.

Austin and Bob arrived on time. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing with packing and protecting our furniture and fragile items. They assessed all the items to be pack in the 16ft POD and proceeded to do an amazing job. They exceeded our expectations; we would not be able to do what they did with packing our items as well as they in the POD. Thank you to Bob and Austin !

Zoom!! Exceptional customer service! They arrived on time, were very personable. We walked around to see all that we wanted in the POD, they were able to fit everything in the space!! They were very friendly and professional. They even finished a little early. Would definitely use their service again.
