They arrived on schedule and started right in. We were amazed at how quickly they got stuff into the containers and fit our belongings in like a puzzle!! They brought some supplies (plastic wrap) with them, which we did have to use, because our supplies ran out. They didn't stop until they got everything into the moving container, staying over an hour longer than contracted, which was truly appreciated. They were very polite and respectful. We are hopeful that we will have such nice gentlemen to help with the unloading!!!

Ezekiel was amazingly helpful. Not only did he work hard the entire time, but he knew how to pack the maximum amount into my Pod so that we didn't have to use the standby second Pod. He told me in advance, at the beginning walkthrough assessment, that to pack the amount of stuff I have was going to take extra time. His suggestions throughout the process were very very helpful, and his friendly and reassuring attitude relieved a lot of my stress. Completely competent, friendly and extremely helpful. I think MovingZoom already knows how to keep him--he told me he's been with the company since its beginning. But still, I'd recommend giving him a raise and a bonus! Joe did a great job carefully packing my fragile large stuff. I would most definitely use them again.

Wow. I thought the 100s of 5 star reviews on MovingZoom looked fishy. But when Jordan and John packed my POD in under 3 hours, I was astonished. They packed it tight like a jigsaw puzzle. It would have taken me and my wife almost 2 days to do that. Understand that my wife and I packed dozens of boxes before they arrived. Packing boxes is the time burner. Anyway, these guys worked nonstop with a lot of hustle. They packed my 16ft POD in under 3 hours. The POD was on the street curb because it didn't like my driveway. John and Jordan were courteous, friendly, and smart. They wrapped all the bulky furniture in furniture pads and blue cellophane tape for me. Heavy items didn't slow them down except for one 100lb box that made them wince for 2 seconds. Our 1 flight of stairs never slowed them down. There was no damage to the walls or door jams either. Color me surprised but Jordan and John should get better than 5 stars. My highest praise: I asked for John and Jordan again next week to pack my second POD. I'm a real person and I approved this review (LOL)...

I was connected to MovingZoom through Hire A Helper, which I found on the PODS website, for my move from San Francisco to Columbus, Ohio. Ezekiel and Brent showed up within the time window and did an awesome job! They were personable and professional and I felt good about them handling my stuff and packing the POD efficiently and expertly. They packed the whole thing in two hours with room to spare, which was pretty impressive. Communication was good beforehand and I wish they were in Ohio to unpack it- would definitely hire them again!!

The team showed up on time and ready to work. It was a fairly straight forward job. We had to empty a POD that was packed like a well played tetris game! A few heaving items and a very heavy live edge table that is my wife's favorite find. The handle all our items quickly and safely. But we had little asks here and there that they had no issue helping us with. The job was planned for two hours, but they were able to finish in about an hour. Well worth the fee. Thanks Hire A Helper and MovingZoom! I would use them again.
