They gave a call from the road, arrived on time, were friendly and well-prepared. When it came to unloading our Pod, I really liked how respectful they were toward our things and our new place. They took off their shoes to protect our carpet and skillfully navigated tight corners and stairways, being careful not to bump or scrape anything. While they didn't seem quite as cautious with furniture assembly (loud noises), everything turned out really well in the end and I appreciated their determination and hard work.

Austin and Tony were absolutely fantastic to work with for my unloading. We had a full 15ft U-Haul and they managed to complete the job in under two hours. They were on time, worked hard, very careful with our possessions, and were very pleasant the whole time. If anyone needs help loading or unloading in the Bay Area, definitely use MovingZoom.

Joshua and Justin were THE BEST!!! We are moving to the opposite end on the continental US. Several of our neighbors commented at the expertise exhibited by our movers as they packed our POD in layers. Our POD was just a smidge too small for the amount of stuff we have. Joshua and Jason communicated with the us about the space available, which helped us decide what to pack and what to hold back. They did all of this while also navigating 4 half flights of stairs and narrow hallways. They were AMAZING!! I could not be more thankful for their hard work and positive attitude!!
