They were on time and flexible enough to accommodate my late delivery of the container. They were well prepared to dissassemble my IKEA bed frame and provided belts to restrain my furniture in the container. They worked very hard in the afternoon summer heat and quickly. They were respectful of my goods and did not damage them. I would totally use them again.

I have upgraded my rating due to owner of MOVINGZOOM calling me up and personally apologizing and issuing a full refund, Pat is genuinely sincere, and stated this was an anomaly and not the norm.
I gave an inventory of my household belongings and was quoted 1.5-2hrs to complete loading with 2 hr minimum. 2 Workers showed up promptly, move was good, until lead guy stated he would stay in truck and start arranging what was brought down and told helper to continue bringing items down. Things slowed to a crawl, I started helping to take items to truck, lead remained in truck until 12:30, 3 hrs after start and stated to me they have to leave in 1/2hr to go to another job, I was stunned they would not stay until completion. They left at 1:00pm. I was stuck loading by myself for the next 3 hrs., it was a week day all my friends were at work. Smaller items were left to move the following week, as my move was 130 mile move. I will never use this service again. Listen to some good advice. Go with a full service mover who carries insurance and guarantees move. It is well worth the cost. just to load cost me $450+ plus truck $350 and fuel $70, so $1000 not including unloading and not all items were moved. Trust me use full service reputable movers, you will have piece of mind. I have learned a valuable lesson, this will never happen to me again.

The two gentlemen stayed in touch with me and arrived when they said they would be there. The were the sweetest, hard working guys and were able to follow my chaotic instructions.
