On time and in fact, 15 minutes early! My helpers worked enthusiastically for the two hours I hired them. MovingZoom supplied ratchet straps to help secure the load in the POD, which was a real plus. I was ready with ropes, but ratchet straps don't untie or stretch like rope does. Very happy with MovingZoom.

These guys came prepared and were easy to work with. I called them the day before to let them know that my pod was further from my apartment than planned and they made sure they had tools necessary to handle this. They showed up on time and were very professional. Despite the distance of the pod from my apartment, they were able to unload in a timely manner. They were very careful with my furniture and helped assemble a bed and entertainment center. I was satisfied with the service I received from this company and would recommend them to any friend!
