Had an excellent experience with the moving team assigned. My storage pod was packed well. The house I left did not have any added wear and tear and the completion time was just a little more than my own estimate which I could only hope was close. It’s clear the team were experienced movers which allowed me to trust them to move more of my favorite, fragile, high value items. I look forward to using them again when I move into my final home. We highly recommend Jordan and Alex. They took great care of our stuff and puzzle-fitted everything perfectly into our container even though we thought for sure it wasn’t going to fit! They arrived early with positive attitudes, great packing skills and provided straps to minimize shifting. We would definitely use Moving Zoom again. The owner/ manager Pat was a great communicator as well. 5 Stars for the whole team!

It was worth it to use Hire A Helper to pack the pod. Yes I could have done it myself but they are experienced at packing and can packer quicker. I think that time is better spent in the prep before the loading into the POD. Careful boxing and wrapping of items before being loaded.
Austin and Alex were great! They worked hard and were efficient in the use of the time. They were also very polite. Not all my items would fit into my POD and they were very good at assessing what would fit best.
I recommend using them. Moving is so stressful and one less task for me to do was well worh it!

These guys are so careful, quick, and efficient! They are punctual and professional. They are Tetris masters when it comes to wrapping and fitting everything they can in a truck. No space is wasted! Would highly recommend!
