The worst moving experience I've ever had. Movers were supposed to arrive at 11am, but didn't arrive till 6pm! Moving guys were rude & gave me so much attitude. I had very specific reasons why I needed certain items moved into the new home 1st, but the movers literally ignored me. They were careless about my items. They broke my wooden book shelf, my other shelving unit, all my plastic totes are broken, cracked & are missing their handles now. After unboxing I found a broken glass baking dish that was heavily bubble wrapped. Movers also refused to bring my boxes up to a bedroom loft or down into a finished basement. I had to move everything myself into where they needed to go. I felt crippled the next day. For booking my movers 3 weeks in advance, paying over $600 for the job & giving them a tip of $150 each, I shouldn't have to do so much work myself.
Will never hire care n errands ever again & will steer people away from hiring them.

Steve and Jacob were more than accommodating. They worked very hard and efficiently and worked above and beyond normal expectations. They were cordial and friendly the whole time even though it was a real grunt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

They’re all like having friends over to help you move only they know what they were doing and didn’t drink beer like the friends would’ve anyway yes I would definitely recommend them.
