I guess you should not do a review until you complete the move. We ended up with a lot of damaged items due to heavy items being packed on top of our couches and some items not being secured well. The seams where the back cushions of the couch were attached were badly ripped, and a dresser and shelving unit were completely ruined. The people hired to unpack the truck said it was not packed correctly, in particular the couches. When we hired someone to pack a truck for my daughter's move from FL, not a single thing was damaged so I was hoping for a similar experience. Definitely not the case.

They were on time worked hard prepared for job n respectful of my property. N pleasant n did good job but forgot to bring over one of my items My gas grill but I didn’t notice till later in day cause it was hectic n all that day but other than that they were fine. Would probably use again.
