Movers showed up near the end of the 10:00-11:00 starting time. They were somewhat prepared for the job as one person had unsuitable pants for the job as they had to pause to pull up the waistband constantly.
This four hour job end up taking five hours which could have been done in 3.5 to 4 hours. Could have been due to being a newbie at the work.
They were respectful of my belongings. Not sure if I would use them again as the price ended up being over 6 hundred dollars and my budget was really for $300 thereabouts.

First off they were late. I called several times to hear they are on there way very close. An hour goers by and I call again while also reaching texts that they were on their way. Finally while I’m on the phone as the person I am speaking too says it has been escalated they come to pick up my moving POD at the scheduled time but nope it’s still full. Now I have to call back a third time and put on hold and two guys show up. Mind you I scheduled and agreed to two hours. They finished the job in 30 minutes and I still had to pay as I kept getting reminders if I didn’t pay I would be charged an extra hour even though they were late. No apologies or follow up calls were made to me. So of course I’m a person of my word and paid what I agreed and also tipped the mover because it wasn’t their fault as the job before went three hours late but of course they didn’t want to tell me that when I called three times. Would not recommend
