From the time I made my decision to move forward with Pratt Vann Lines, it was Ten Stars, Owner Tim Pratt reached out immediately to discuss all the details of my move, and was extremely professional, informative and asked me all the right questions. He scheduled an appointment to physically come to my condominium to assess exactly what would be entailed with the move and to determine if all of my belongings would workout for the size of Pod to be delivered. The day of loading the POD, Tim and his crew were on time, very detailed with the process and completed the loading in a very timely manner. Staff is friendly, and I would highly recommend Pratt Van Lines for your loading or moving...... Simply The Best!!! Thank You Pratt Vann Lines

I would highly recommend Pratt van lines for their unloading service! I meant to book three guys for 5 hours to unload my two PODS but only booked two. The two young men showed up on time and in good spirits. I thought well I’ll have to pay several more hours to get the job finished. To my surprise they accomplished the job in 5 hours and with great attitudes!
I wish I had them packing on the other end!

Adam and Tom were on time and did a great job. The only issue was upon arriving Adam said their time at my house is one hour less than the time I contracted for due to their drive time to and from their warehouse. I can understand charging that way but that needs to be stated up front. I contracted for two hours to unload a PODS container and found that they could only help for for one hour! We got the POD empty in time but that lost hour was not subtracted from the helpers I had loading the POD so it was not expected nor was I notified prior to the job.
Tim Pratt came out to have me sign the job completion and had me sign saying they worked two hours which they did not actually.

Pratt Van Lines assures our customers with exceptional promptness in being on time on the day we schedule the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Pratt Van Lines will be on time. Professional service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure all personal items that are not part of the move be set aside and out of the way. Please remove personal vehicles off of driveway to make room for our moving truck.
What types of moves have you handled?
Residential moves, office moves, loading and unloading of rental trucks, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and being part of their new venture in life. It is pleasing that we can play a role in making our customers new beginning less stressful and a happy one.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew members with hands on training on the job site. Our crew members are trained on proper blanket wrapping and handling of furniture, pictures, glass, marble, etc.
