Found out that our PODS could not be delivered to my new address, we would have to hire movers and go get our stuff from the PODS facility. So we hired Quality Movers, LLC. They were excellent. They showed up on time and emptied our two PODS out in short time and moved it to our new home and unpacked our stuff into our home in short order. If it was not for them we would never have been able to move it all in the amount of time we had. So thank you so much for getting us into our new home. Would definitely recommend and use them again!!

The movers were actually great! They were friendly, respectful, and very good at their job. I really appreciated their hard work. This one star rating is because the pricing is basically a scam. I got charged almost $600, but their website says it’s only $240. Hire a helper blamed quality movers and quality movers blamed hire a helper. I was not trying to get a discount or a deal, just fair pricing. And neither party was willing to help. I will never use their services again. And I recommend you do some homework before hiring.

Mover were on time. did an adequate job.
My issue is with the billing.
The movers were here for a total of just under 2 hrs 20 minutes and I got charge for the 2 FULL additional hours.
My previous experience with HireAHelper was that I was only charged for the additional time used above the initial hours. In this case it would be 20 minutes

These guys were frigging AMAZING! They worked their butts off and got me moved out of my apartment in no time flat AND loaded my POD. It was well worth the mo new to hire movers because I have moved 4 times in 8 months and I am exhausted from doing it myself...so I hired movers and they did a phenomenal job!

The movers were friendly, and moved all items with care and efficiency. I had a lot of fragile items to be moved, and they were always conscious and careful with them. Kevin and Amber did an excellent job of loading the truck and unloading the truck and packing it into a pod. They were very respectful of all the items that were loaded and unloaded. They new exactly how many hours it would take to get the job done without going over. Very hard workers! I would for sure use them again if needed. Thank you Melissa for all of the coordination. Colt, one of the workers, was one of the best movers I've ever had. Former military officer that I am, with over 16 PCS moves, he easily did the work of two people. Tyler was substandard even for a young guy obviously during a summer job. constantly on the phone. apparently one call was from a probation officer. I complained to Chris the manager/owner who called him and his performance still didn't approve. a two hour job with competent people was a five hour job. and they didn't even try to put a thin table top safely as the last item. it will probably be shattered. overall, not happy.
