They arrived several minutes early, explained the process and placed items wherever we asked. They unloaded our truck and trailer quickly without damage. Very curtious and professional.

Speedy, careful and professional work. My entire 3 bedroom house was packed up, moved and unpacked in under 4 hours. They even took the time to move boxes and put the furniture exactly where I wanted it -- as well as putting together all the bed frames. Definitely an A* job!

RJ and Shelby did a great job! RJ communicated with me very quickly after booking with them over the Internet to confirm details about job. They showed up on time and they worked hard. They were courteous and addressed me with ma'am always. The only thing I was surprised about, was that they brought a dolly but no basic tools (pliers, wrenches, etc.). Other movers in past have always brought their own. I was so stressed driving around town trying to collect tools needed, while they moved my furniture. Shelby was creative enough to break down my table, which required an Allen wrench, by using another tool that I did have. I would recommend adding another hour or two to the time they estimate for those who have an average amount of furniture. They don't rush the process..... Which is not necessarily a bad thing if you want your furniture to be packed properly. I guess I will see how all my furniture/belongings fared when my POD gets delivered in a few months.

RJ was very professional . I called him before the move to confirm the appointment . He was very helpful , friendly and flexible with his schedule since U Haul would not tell me until the day before when I could get the truck . On the day of the move , he and his helper were on time , looked at everything that needed loading and did a fantastic job . I was so impressed because I have a computer armoir that is very heavy and they loaded it with care . They had my truck loaded and ready for a 8 hour trip to Alabama . I unloaded it today and it was packed so well that nothing shifted during the drive . I would highly recommend them again .

RJ was not only on time but early. They worked hard, were prepared for the job and super friendly.
I was having one of the worst moves of my life and they were a pleasure to have unloading my truck. Curtious, friendly, polite, they asked if I needed furnitured moved from the place they had put it in the house once the truck was unloaded.
In addition to getting the truck unloaded RJ was very helpful with giving information about the city.
I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Actually arrived early, was ready to get started as soon as they arrived. We hired 2 guys and they worked nonstop for 5 hours. They were very careful with all the pieces of furniture even though it was an upstairs move. Finished in the set time. Did a good job.
