What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer will receive a confirmation after the booking as well as a reminder a few days before the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expect our crew to be on time, professional, experienced, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. First, a walk through will be done with the customer to address any specifics, questions, or concerns. Our movers will professionally wrap every piece of furniture for protection against damages. If there is packing to be done such as kitchenware, knick-knacks, books, clothing, etc., they will be packed by experienced packers. Our crew will disassemble and reassemble most furniture incl. beds.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should plan on being at the move the entire time in case the movers have any questions; also to do walk throughs at each location. It's a good idea to label any boxes the customer has packed so they go to the right rooms at the destination. Be sure that all small items have been packed into boxes by the time the movers arrive so time and money isn't spent removing smalls in order to move the furniture.

Co-Owner, Cesar Arita who has had over 20 years of experience as a mover, trains each mover individually to ensure that they are following our procedures when it comes to protecting floors, wrapping furntiture, packing smalls, and then unloading, unwrapping, and reassembling furniture at the destination.
