Terrible. Not prepared for the job. Did not wrap furniture with pads I provided. Did not use the shrink wrap I provided. They were to provide rope to secure load - did not bring to job. I went out to buy rope. About 10 ft from a 200 ft role of quality rope was used.
Packed heavy boxes soon top of smaller boxes. By the time we got to our destination, several boxes were crushed.
Because furniture was not wrapped (as promised) some furniture was gouged (Deep gouges). Hand made $2,000 bed frame was scratched and deeply gouge. Cabinets to $3,000 B&W speakers were deeply gouged.
When 3 hours passed, they left and did not complete the job. We had to finish loading ourselves. They essentially said, our three hours are up and left.
Crew seemed completely uninterested in doing the job and doing it well.
I was promised excellent communication and got none.
Will never recommend, I should be compensated for the damage done so I can repair the damaged furniture. Absolutely inexcusable service.
