called an hour before appt time and was assued everthing was onschedule. when they didnt show up by 30 mins after appt.time I calledand was tols they were 15 mins away, this was at 2:00pm my appt was between 1pm and 2pm. At 3pm I was told they got pulled over but was on their way, by 4pm I called and the owner said the vehicle was being searched my husband then got on the phone and asked if they could send another team because we had been waiting all day, and the current team was probably going to jail. the owner kept insisting that they would be there. I then called Hire a helper and they immediatly set up another company to come out that night which we were very happy with. I would not reccommend using this company for anything

We were expecting 2 men to unload our Pod. A male and a female showed up with a child that had to wait in their van while the adults did the work. Not very professional.
