They were running behind but did call and let us know. Once they got here they worked hard and got all our heavy furniture off the truck and into the house. Finished before the 2 hours were up and offered to help us load our pickup with stuff we were taking to a storage unit.

These guys Brady and Frank were amazing. They unloaded my 17' pod and put beds and other furniture up in about an hour and fifteen minutes. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend using these guys!!! Thanks again Brady and Frank.

Appt was for 10am-11am, guys barely communicated and did not arrive until 12pm, they said they went for gas and were late. When they arrived they were cavalier and eating bags of chips while walking up. They also informed me that if I request them to bring dollies there was an additional $10 charge. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Alpha moving did an amazing job and saved me last minute. I had booked another moving company to be here at 11 am, and no showed me. These guys arrived within 2 hours of calling them, and knocked out my 3 BR house with washer dryer and fridge, in 3 hours with just the 2 of them. They were exceptionally careful with all of my fragile mirrors and pictures as well as my tables and couches. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I booked Alpha Moving for two hours with a start time of 930 AM EST. At 10:08 AM EST, with no contact whatsoever from the company, my husband called Brady, the owner of Alpha Moving. Brady explained to him how his vehicle ran out of fuel that morning and he "had to deal with that". No further explanation was provided and had I not called him, I would not have known if they were coming to move our items. Extremely unprofessional.
When Brady and Drew arrived at my home, they were visibly impaired. My husband just so happens to utilize cannabis for his crohns disease, so I'm extremely familiar with what it smells like and how it affects him. Both Brady and Drew showed up over an hour late and smelled as if they'd came directly from a Snoop Dogg concert. Is cannabis ok? Yes, absolutely! Is it ok to arrive to a paid job an hour late stoned? No, it certainly isn't. Brady couldn't make time to notify us of his whereabouts but he made sure to make time for a wake and bake session prior to arriving at our home. Our kids weren't home thankfully, so I simply told my husband about it and moved on. Still, was a bit troubling considering the circumstances. Two young men arrive at my new home to move our personal belongings high. Great start, right?
After we moved past their late arrival, lack of customer communication and cannabis use, the overall quality of their work was above average. Nothing was broken. Brady & Drew were respectful and wore masks as we'd requested. They offered to help with some light assembly work prior to leaving the job. The work itself was 4 stars. The customer service was poor however and due to that in tandem with the unacceptable nature of their arrival I would suggest hiring different movers.
After further review of my invoice, I see that I was charged for both a furniture dolly and handtruck, neither of which Brady came to my home with, nor did I request. I personally own an appliance dolly which was unpacked by Brady himself from my POD. It appears they've taken every liberty at their disposal to charge me for extras which were not provided. These movers didn't even have their own vehicle, they were dropped off!
EDIT - After seeing the owners (Brady) response, one can clearly see how professional, or complete lack thereof, the services rendered by this organization are. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO HELP YOU MOVE!
