Our service was promptly provided as contracted. We had a 16-foot, jam-packed Penske box truck rental that had to be unloaded. Everything had to be placed inside a 10' x 15' storage unit so there would be space to walk amongst the boxes and where the content labels on the boxes could be easily read. Also, the boxes needed to be stacked so they could be accessed without using a ladder.
Since our truck was a rental, all of the unloading had to be completed in enough time so we could sweep out the truck; refuel it; and drop it off by the deadline, only two hours after the scheduled time with Just Start Moving, LLC.
Lucky for us, Just Start Moving, LLC, was able to work lots of magic! We were called ahead of time and informed of the exact arrival time within the previously scheduled one-hour arrival window. Prompt, respectful towards us; careful with our property; efficient, energetic, courteous, professional, and friendly all describe the personnel we encountered from Just Start Moving, LLC. We will definitely use them again for any future "hire-a-helper" needs we may have.
A special shout-out goes to Ralph who worked tirelessly to ensure our truck was off-loaded as quickly as possible. He also demonstrated excellent customer service skills from start to finish. His "can do" attitude coupled with his broad smile truly put us at ease. Just Start Moving, LLC, is--without question--VERY fortunate to have an employee like Ralph!

First, by my mistake I had ordered help on the wrong date. After discovering that I did that I called RAF and he said he could come on the day that I needed help, however, he didn’t have 2 guys available at that time, only himself. I agreed to that as I needed to get unloaded. I had a couple family members help as well.
RAF was very nice and worked hard. He did good work.
We completed the unloading in a little less than 2 hrs.
I do think that there should have been an adjustment in the price, however, since one person instead of 2 came.
He did offer an extra hour since he only came, but we ended up not needing an extra hour.
