What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect us to be there early to ensure everything is done in a timely manner. We will provide a running list to ensure all things are completed no matter how small to ensure quality work. The crew leader will explain the contract, charges, and any other questions the customer may have. A walk through will be performed to ensure all items are properly handled and transported.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer can prepare for moving day by preparing an essentials bag so that in case of an emergency or special needs a customer can have those items on hand. So, the items won't end up getting loaded for transport. Also, do a walk through and final walk through with us to ensure proper items are being properly handled and transported.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local and long distance moving, business and residential moves.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands on training. Offer safety training and refreshments to ensure good health and safety. Always double-check to ensure no job is left undone. Ensure and maintain proper knowledge of driving and navigation and electronic equipment to avoid damage of client property and public property. Attention to detail to ensure quality work.
