I hired Valley of the Sun Movers to help load a U-Haul trailer for our move. They showed-up on time, we're very friendly and personable and did a very professional job loading the trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend Valley of the Sun Movers.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked very hard and very efficiently on a hot Phoenix day. They got the truck unloaded quickly with no damage to any of the items. They were professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company.

We did our Hire a Helper in 3 stages (CO, AZ, AZ). Our CO movers (not V-S) were pretty good but they did make some mistakes and damaged some furniture. The company has offered to reimburse us for fixing the issues. I consider that fair. They needed to train their workers the correct way to pack furniture so it didn't get damaged. Our 2nd helpers was not with Valley of the Sun Movers/Hire a Helper...they were off-loading a truck to a storage unit in PHX and they were ok but not nearly as efficient as the workers from V-S. They were Much slower and no damages noted. Our V-S workers were Ryan and Jake. They were very good at the beginning and then it seemed that they lost some interest. Granted we had a lot of belongings but they got a bit sloppy on the 2nd load and they wanted to leave a bit early (1 hr) after a drop as they felt we could finish the job ok ..it was a smaller load but would have liked to see them stay to complete the 8 hours. As a result, we did not finish our last load as planned from our rental to our new home. For the most part, they had good attitudes but they did take breaks (smokes and lunch) without pre-planning with us so we were caught a bit off guard on their schedules. If i used them again, we would need to "tighten" up schedules. They were friendly and respectful. They moved very fast and I was a bit nervous about some of our items but nothing was damaged from what I could tell. Yes, we would probably use them again with better scheduling and supervision.
