My biggest complaint was lack of communication! They were over 3 hours late.
I am an older woman and I had no furniture in the house. I was standing or sitting on the floor for hours. If they had bothered to communicate I could have gone somewhere comfortable to sit and wait. As it was my back and knee pained me for 4 days from standing so long and struggling to get up off the floor.
Once they were there they did a fast job of unloading and were very careful about the furniture.

These three men did an awesome job unloading and storing our truckload from El Paso, Tx to St Petersburg, Fl. They got there after my first movers were no shows. They were able to get there and finish the job in two hours. All three young men were professional and extremely respectful. If you need help moving, these are the guys you need to get.
