The guys did an exceptional job in the least amount of time and were great.

Very professional organization and extremely curteious. They constructed a 4.5 X 9 foot crate for a wall mural the day before the scheduled move. Arrived on-time and were extremely hardworking. They had great packing materials (paper, boxes, plastic wrap, peanuts) to secure boxed items and within the Pack Rat 'pod'. They also took special care with an upright piano coming down one flight of stairs.
I would use them again, no reservations. Thanks again.

The original guys were running late, but Sebastian took the initiative to find folks closer and able to help. Clint and Chris arrived and immediately got to work. Nothing was harmed or bumped on its way into the storage containers and everything was packed nice and tight, so I'll be surprised if anything shifts in transit.

I can not praise this company enough!!! They are SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!! I wish there were more stars!! They are fast and efficient and can pack like no one I have ever seen. Jamin was very nice and accommodating as I was not sure what I needed in the way of help. I reserved a crew of only two, but the night before I called and discussed it with him again as he had recommended a crew of at least three. He was so polite and helpful and did not even skip a beat when I requested an additional person for the next morning. He assured me that he would get the help I needed and for me to stop worrying because my job would get done and his crew would be there as long as I needed them. Sure enough, the crew showed up on time and ready to "rock and roll". They were all professional and knew what they were doing. All I had to do was stay out of the way. They were very careful with all the moving and everything was wrapped in furniture pads and plastic wrap. I couldn't find a box for our large screen tv so what did they do?? Well, they wrapped it in furniture pads, shrink wrap and then they took a packing box I had not used, tore it open and MADE A CUSTOM BOX FOR THE TV!!!!! How awesome is that? Would I recommend this company? You bet I would!!! My only regret is that they don't come to Pensacola so that I can have them unload me!! I would have them in a second and I would request the very same crew!

This is the second job that I secured with Sebastian Moving in as many weeks. The team has great communication, always on time, and works - HARD. All of my goods were handled with care and they worked quickly. They even saved me the extra expense of hiring a locksmith when I knew that I didn't have the key to my PackRat any longer - with my permission, they were able to cut the lock off for me! Very friendly and I would trust them again and again with any move.
