From the minute Steve and his crew arrived to unload my two 16ft Pods they worked tirelessly to get all my boxes where they belonged, assembled my four beds and placed the furniture where it belonged in each room. In other words they did an awesome job in record time! I had a lot of stuff! They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend A Touch Above Moving.

They were on time but we had to buy all the equipment, ratchet straps, boxes, blankets, and bungees. I am concerned about the metal items that were placed together in boxes without paper to separate them. One of the two packers said they did not want to come back 3 days later to load the POD because it was a 2 hour drive to get to our house. He proceeded to start loading the two pods. I told him I wanted the washer and dryer placed in the POD first but was ignored. I had to loosen a ratchet to put a blanket between a wood coffee table and a metal grill. There was no thought put into the placement of furniture and boxes in the POD. I spent 3 days packing and loading the rest of the items that were not packed. When they disconnected the washer I saw him feel the faucet for drips and tighten it by hand a bit more. It was still dripping, we would not have known it was dripping through the wall if my sister had not gone down into the basement to bring up a mirror. The water went down into the basement dripping off of the wiring in the ceiling that was connected directly into the fuse box.

The movers were very slow and despite giving them their time they did not load things properly. Lot of our stuff were damaged including dinning table chairs and kitchen utensils. Despite labelling them fragile the movers did not take precautions to load them properly.

They filled my Pod extremely well, even took into consideration that half of the items were going into a separate storage facility upon arrival in another state and the other half was being unloaded once delivered. They worked efficiently and finished the job before the 3 hour time I scheduled them so no additional charges were needed.
They took care of items I deemed as fragile. I couldn’t of been more satisfied.

A Touch Above Moving was great and I would highly recommend them. They were on time and very careful and respectful when loading my furniture and boxes. Most importantly they worked with me when we had unexpected issues arise. They loaded on a Sunday when we had to reschedule due to the hurricane and when everything didn’t fit in my pod they loaded a U-Haul and took it to my storage unit and unloaded it.

Had a great experience from scheduling, payment and working with the two guys that showed up to help me out.
I had a 16 foot pods container that was in my driveway. The two guys unloaded it and hold it upstairs of my house in less than three hours. Good crew.!!
