Careful Helper Hands were great! Mr Bass and his crew stayed in contact with me prior to arrival. They arrived early and took very good care of our furniture and move. I would definitely recommend them for any move job that you may need. Excellent customer service.

They were on time and brought equipment. But that's where the good part ends. The crew constantly bickered amongst themselves. One constantly complained everytime he took something off the truck and he damaged some of our property. He was very nonchalant about it and laughed it off. When I mentioned to to Mr. Bass he did not even react. This crew was recommended to me as a replacement by hire a helper after my original crew was unavailable to do the job. I would not use them again nor recommend them.

Michael and his associate did an amazing job. Uhaul advised me that the trailer I purchased would fit all of my stuff. When they got here they let me know right away that it wouldn’t. They did such an amazing job and got almost everything in except 6 boxes. They were so great! I truly appreciate the job they did. I could never have done it on my own. I can’t say thank you enough!!!!
