The two guys were great. they called to let me know they would arrive at 9 am and arrived on time. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how efficient they were in packing the Pod. I had a lot of stuff and didn't think it all would fit because the pod was much smaller than I thought it would be. But they packed it all in very neatly and tight, and under the two-hour time limit. I am so glad I went with HireAHelper because my original plan would have been a disaster. One could tell these guys were professionals and knew exactly what they were doing.

The movers were great and fast. I had zero problems with the actual movers. My issue come from the actual company. They double booked by time slot 10am - 11am and ended up arriving at 3pm. I had to call HireAHelper support to get any sort of reply from Chap’s after no one showed up by 11:30am. After HireAHelper reach out to Chap’s they called me and told me someone would be there by 30 minutes. Another hour came and went with no updates. I had to call HireAHelper many times to get the situation figured out. I was told at least 4 times they’d be there within 45 minutes with no one actually showing up until 4 hours after the time slot I was given. It was a bit of an annoyance for a day where I am trying to move. They did end up refunding me 1 hour of mover times but not sure if that $70 refund was worth the wait.

We hired 2 gentlemen for 2 hours from Chap's Professional Services to help us unload a partial ABF U-Pack trailer. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way and were here within their window. Both men were very professional, polite, careful, and worked hard under very hot conditions. We have only good things to say about this company and wished they were the ones who had packed our trailer to begin with! You need to make sure that whatever company you hire to pack or unload really know ABF U-Pack trailers. Don't assume all moving companies know how to, because they don't!
