Had a good experience when they loaded but when we had them scheduled to unload at the new home they were already 3 hours late and then a no show and we were stuck unloading ourselves as The POD pick ups were scheduled for the next day.

Delayed 45 minutes by weather (legit), but once on-site they got to it and knocked my project out quickly and professionally. Multiple pieces of lab equipment (heavy, awkward and delicate) without any drops or bumping into walls. Good Job.

The four helpers that loaded two PODs for us were Great. On time, had hand trucks ready to load with. Had shrink wrapped as needed. Worked hard and were very respectful of my house and our furniture. I will be requesting the same team when J & L Movers move the rest of my house and then comes to unload the two pods at our new home.

Cancelled at the last minute
We sincerely apologize for not being able to meet our obligation in coming to unload your container. On that morning our truck would not start. We tried to obtain alternate transportation but, we were not successful. We called Hireahelper, which is the proper thing to do since the move was booked through them. It was then taken out of our hands as Hireahelper guarantees a replacement when something like this happens. Again we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

I had already asked J&L Movers to move my furniture to a Pod a while ago, and when my new home was finished, I asked them to empty the container and put everything in place. They had done a stellar job at packing and protecting. Nothing was damaged during the move or the storage. And of couse, they were very professional (on time, polite, very efficient). Recommended.
