I had high hopes for this company based on my first conversation with Danny, but the day of the move was a nightmare. They were hours late (no credit given for this), broke a very expensive lamp and the movers argued about who broke it and wasted time on that. The owner never tried to get in touch with me regarding the lamp, but the lead mover told me to buy a new one and send the receipt and maybe I would get compensated. It was a family heirloom and irreplaceable.
They drug there feet and took longer than quoted for a 2 bedroom apartment. The reason we were given was because "they had come from a big morning job and were tired". Then, I got charged for an extra hour when they got "lost' driving to the new apartment even though in my original quote travel time was already paid for. All they had to do was use Google maps (it took me right there).
Absolutely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

They did a fantastic job transporting our possessions to the PODS facility and loading them into our POD. They also suggested we buy straps to secure our stuff, and that was a life-saver.

Everything went well. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and had everything they needed to make the job easy and keep things from being damaged. They were on time, communicated well, asked good questions, and made suggestions to make everything go well. I'm not sure what else they could have done to make it faster or easier to work with them.
