I was very impressed with this company. When they arrived on site, early I might add, there was an issue with access to the location. They called me, stayed professional, and most importantly, remained patient as I tried to figure out the issue. Communication was on point, business was conducted quickly, and honestly I could not ask for more. Excellent company!! Would use them again in a heart beat!

This was quite honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a moving assistance company. When the movers first arrived, they laughed at the size of the trailer we had for moving several times, making it quite clear that they knew my stuff would not fit (which we knew already and didn’t need to be rudely reminded). They then wandered back and forth up and down the stairs for several minutes bringing a couple boxes here and there. When they finally started working in earnest, they proceeded to bring all the boxes in the house at once to the truck, placing the majority of the weight at the front of the trailer, which, if you know anything about pulling a trailer, you will know this is incorrect. When we tried to ask them to space the weight out evenly, they responded by saying “just let us do our thing.” They refused to be told anything, and sure enough when the trailer was fully loaded, it ended up being front heavy, so they had to unload the back third of the trailer and reposition items to add more weight. They charged me for the extra hour of work that was required due to their mistake. All throughout the job, they literally threw my boxes, turning them sideways, upside down, including fragile items, and cramming them in wherever they could. At one point they placed a sharp edged wood table base on top of an expensive leather chair and tried to place more on top of that, and if they had not been corrected the chair would have been destroyed. At this point we told them we had had enough and that they could leave once the items that had to be unloaded as a result of their refusing to listen had been reloaded. I will update this review when I find out how much of my stuff is ruined as a result of this move.

These guys were professional, on time. Worked for four hours straight. Got 5 bedrooms of furniture in one Pod. Did not break anything, did not scratch any walls. I would use them again and again. First time paying someone to move instead of doing it myself, believe me save your back, sit back and let the professionals do it all. Great Job and can not go wrong using them! I highly recommend them!

Have boxes in a designated area toward entryway, wrapping any furniture or fragile items before moving date. Also we very well know that not everyone is able to be prepared but rest assured we will still get you there
