Communication with this company was great. They responded right away to my emails. The two movers arrived promptly and called to let us know they were on the way. The two movers (from Supreme Elite) worked efficiently and treated our items with care. The movers were pleasant and professional from start to finish. We will def use HireAHelper and Supreme Elite again !!!

Positives: The movers showed up at the agreed upon time and they were kind.
Negatives: They were moving VERY slow. Carrying one small box at a time is not how to get a job done in a timely manner. Laying furniture pieces on the ground and blocking the sidewalk is disrespectful and unprofessional. The manager (Johnnie) constantly calling the workers and customer during the job gives micromanaging vibes. The manager repeatedly asking customers for a 5-star review and then a photo with the crew was weird in my opinion. I do not recommend this company.
After learning about the furniture pieces outside of the truck, I promptly contacted our team to address the customer's concerns. Upon speaking with our team, it was brought to my attention that the customer's husband had moved items outside the truck to meet a time limit for returning the truck, following a previous no call, no-show for their move the day before that we didn't have anything to do with. I directed our team to ensure the items were properly taken care of and brought into the house.
I also reached out to the customer twice to ensure their satisfaction with our service, and I even visited the job site to offer assistance. While I did inquire about the quality of our service which is considered to be a wellness check, I did not insist on a specific rating I asked “ how did the guys perform do they deserve a five star rating”. Additionally, I have a practice of requesting a picture with the customer and our team after completing a job, but it is entirely at the customer's discretion whether they wish to take a picture with our team or not.
I believe that the customer’s dissatisfaction may be due to the inconvenience caused by the previous no call, no-show from their previous movers, which led to the rescheduling of our initial appointment. I am committed to addressing any concerns raised by our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Twice a month our crew members receive training on how to properly wrap, carry and load furniture and other accessories that are related with moving a customer in or out of their residence or establishment. We also give training on proper conduct when dealing or communicating with a customer.
