One of the two helpers was late. They loaded the truck and we still had much more to be packed. I proceeded to arrange for a trailer. They had loaded a mattress and box springs on last to go to my Son's house. When my husband arrived at my Son's and they opened the truck and removed the mattress and box springs, they found the truck poorly loaded with lots of room to spare. My son and his wife unloaded over 3/4 of the truck and reloaded it correctly. They came back to our apartment and were able to load the remaining items that we thought would have to go into a trailer. This took 6.5 hours resulting in us leaving for Texas at 7:30 that night. We arrived in Jackson, MS at 2:30 in the morning (our first stop). Also, one piece of our artwork was found laying against the wall at the 1st floor elevator (we lived on the 3rd floor). Needless to say, I would never recommend you company. I do believe that we are entitled to a refund of our monies paid ($242) since they did not provide the service I paid for.

Benjamin and team came on time. I think one of the best professional movers I have seen so far, they are the best, they packed my stuff in truck so nicely, utilized the space in optimal way, I definitely recommend it, They deserve more than five star rating.

Spencer and his partner were REALLY great to work with. They were communicative, on-time, and they busted their backs to get as much done as possible during the time we hired them for. Due to delays getting out of Philadelphia on-time, we had to re-schedule them 3 times, and they were so flexible and did what they could to work with us. I really can't say enough about Haul-Lelujah (and the Hire A Helper service)! I'd recommend them to anyone. We'll definitely be calling them back when the time comes to move from our short-term rental to the home we buy.
