They were respectful, on time, prepared and very nice. I would say they did a good job, but they didn't listen or ask enough, to make sure to load all that should be loaded and took things they shouldn't have. It took extra time to find a picture they loaded by mistake that was needed for my estate sale. I am left with a few more wall pictures and a full length wall mirror that should have gone. But they did ask if they had gotten everything, and I signed off on it, so it's my fault too. They also couldn't locate the freezer/fridge water pipe connection & water cut off, which I admit was not easy. I had to call a friend to find the connection & cutoff in the basement. That took awhile. I thought they were trained in those things. But again, that was an unusual connection.
Then too, I was having to move what was necessary for me to stay in the basement for 3 days, so it was a pretty rough day for me. I am not comfortable with how the last part of the 2nd pod was loaded, but I need to wait until the sale is over & it is not quite so cold outside to check.

The helpers ultimately did a good job, but they didn't have the right equipment needed for the work. I specified multiple times that I needed help moving kitchen appliances. The two men arrived without an appliance dolly, hand truck, or straps to move the appliances. They managed to get everything in the moving truck, but it was a struggle. Our helpers were basically two strong, conscientious young men; but, they were not professional movers.

Hard workers but didn’t take care with my belongings and I ended up with quite a few things damaged including an irreplaceable arc lamp (pieces and parts found all over the floor of the POD during the unload) and my sleep number mattress. Rather than sliding the mattress along the side wall of the POD to keep it protected, they loaded it last and threw it on top of everything?? It now has a permanent depression and a large hole in the foam. Not a great experience

These guys are true pros! Kind and polite gentlemen, who treated my items and home as if it was their own. I have had terrible experiences with other moving companies and these guys were the opposite of what I expected. Thanks Guys! You’ve won me over.
