These guys were the most professional, most efficient movers I have ever dealt with (and I move a lot)! I could not recommend them more. They arrived on time and finished the job in a fraction of the time I expected. Only issue was that I had contracted for 4 hours thinking it would take that long. It only took these guys 1.5 hours to move everything in my 2200 sq ft house into two containers. Unfortunately, they only offer a 1 hour refund, so I paid twice as much as I should have (plus the junk fees from Hire-a-Helper). Despite all that, I would still use them again - I would just be more careful with estimating my hours.
