They arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, were very cheerful, very respectful and willing to do whatever move items I asked.
The helpers completed the job in less than an hour. I would hire them again.

The worst experience we've ever had with movers and customer service. My husband and I have moved 5 times over the past 5 years. We were shocked to see when the "movers" showed up that they had NO experience. They are not trained. The manager of the company (Rick) told me they are trained but it is very clear that they are just people hired off the street and given no actual training on how to move things. We hired 3 people for 4 hours, and the third guy showed up an hour and a half late. When I called Rick to complain, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I thought when we spent what we did that these people would be professionals, but they were far from that. They had no idea how to even wrap the furniture. They threw all our things around and were also extremely LAZY. They had no idea how to put things into the truck and for that reason, we had to leave a ton of our valuable things to be thrown out. Also, many of our furniture items were RUINED due to scratches, dents, etc from being thrown around and improperly placed on the truck. Awful experience, I would strongly suggest you go with another company if you don't want to be ripped off by people who have no idea how to move your valuable items.

I requested 2 people and 1 person showed. He did a great job, but I had to hire another person to help load as I needed to have the truck ready to drive early Saturday morning. I was charged for two people and was told it would be more if I went with 1 person. I’ll never use this service again as I felt I was taken advantage of. Your rep was only interested in the money and not delivering the service.

Malcolm, Chad & Jake are good workers and respectful, however they haven’t yet grasped the skill of furniture moving.
They want to carry a piece with one person not knowing that two people on the same piece would have a better possibility to successfully move the piece with no “accidental encounters “ of walls floors etc. They mean well but haven’t learned how to “stage “ and handle a piece of furniture through doorways or other tight areas. You’ll need to have someone oversee the unloading of the truck and at the same time monitor the furniture placement. So make sure you don’t get distracted. The price was great but I would rather pay more to have experienced movers do the work. I’ve got damaged walls I have to explain to my landlord and a large vase broken. I can’t prove the vase was broken by this crew because I wasn’t monitoring the offloading but I saw and heard plenty of bumps and bangs of my other furniture making it’s way into my newly remodeled apartment.

Quyan and Darrell were awesome!!! They started the job right on time and worked so hard the job was done in less than an hour. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my things!!!!!! If I move again I would definitely use them again!!

The helpers called to inform me they would arrive shortly. They were very helpful and respectful of the property, goods and us. They got started right away and listened to my concerns and requests. They were very hard workers and fun to work with. If I ever move again and knew I would be able to get the same workers I would not hesitate to call right away. I hope all your helpers are as good as the gentlemen I had to move into my home.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
