We are 100% satisfied with their service! These guys are wonderful people! They arrived 15 min before scheduled. They brought all the tools necessary for the job. They worked very hard. And they are very kind and respectful even if we changed some plan. They load stuff very carefully. Their loading speed was almost 2 times as we expected. And they know how to load. We thought our stuff might be too much for one container, but they loaded all into one container and there was still space left for us to load more. I have to say, I have never seen people who worked so efficiently. It is worth every penny to book them if I needed help again. And I will spread the word for them! Thanks for the help from NES Movers!

Nick, Alex and Ron did a fantastic job. They were on time, worked quickly and had us loaded and unloaded faster than we had anticipated. They took great care with everything and were very easy to work with. The broke down beds, hutch, stackable washer/dryer, etc. and set it up all up again in the new location. Would highly recommend them.

NES needed to pack and move a full apartment of furniture out of an old folks' home into a moving truck that was as far away as the facility could have put it. It was brutal. It was also right in the middle of the record-breaking cold spell. The movers (who arrived on time, with all the necessary gear and supplies) were cordial and professional despite the very difficult circumstances. They deserve a lot of credit for this, as does NES for excellent communication before the move itself. A few items, however, were damaged in the move: a standing lamp base was shattered; a caster on a table-leg was crushed and broken off; the screw-on arm of an armchair detached; a bookshelf is missing a bracket; and a Japanese screen got punctured (and I have yet to open anything packed in cardboard or boxed). It was the only blemish on what was otherwise an amazing, friendly, professional service under truly difficult circumstances.

Nick was very prompt and proactive. It was a pleasure dealing with him when arranging the move and even a greater pleasure to see how the crew arrived on time and did a great job for us. Though not the less expensive option on Hire A Helper, I highly recommend this company for its professionalism.
