Malik, George and Nico were amazing! They were on time, and reassured me over and over that they would be able to fit all of my belongings in the container. They were done early and were very careful with my belongings. They made sure to do a walk through to see if they'd forgotten anything.

All they did was move all our fully packed boxes on our dolly
Didn’t bring single equipment wasted time didn’t move the stuff except dresser mirror and tv
Left the mattresses, couch, massage chair, refrigerator
Please don’t hire them and waste your time ( as they had been having fun at our cost were more on break than work) left us in middle leaving the stuff in bad shape
We have damaged tv and waiting to see what else as they didn’t have experience or will to do proper work
Thank fully we found someone on google who helped and rescued us in far less time and more professionally packed

The night before the move I got a call from High A Helper that my movers were not responding and therefore may not show up. Obviously this was a huge blow and although I reached out to the mover personally I too did not receive any confirmation they were going to show. Very stressful night however I had planned a backup just in case.
They showed up on time and were very personable. They agreed to stay an additional hour but couldn't stay any longer because "they had another job scheduled." They were not completely done when their time limit came and gave me a choice from the many items left in my home which one they would move. I live in a 850 sq ft 1 bedroom condo and I truly am a minimalist, I was totally packed and they didn't finish the job in three hours.
When I went to look at my POD it became very apparent I would not be able to fit the remainder of my items in even if I moved them myself. I now have had to reach out to another moving company for an additional two hours of labor to help me reorganize the POD so I can fit the remainder of my items in. When all is said and done the total labor for this move will about about $800.

Poor service. The crew did not use the truck space well, which meant more space was used in the second truck (which cost owner more). Crew placed heavier boxes on top of lighter ones, furniture arrived scratched or damaged, the crew took blankets out to move a dresser and simply left them in the truck once the dresser was loaded. The crew asked for more straps, and I found two on the truck floor when unloading.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will be greeted by individuals with experience necessary to move their belongings. Our guys know our customers are the heart of our company so they will be more than delighted to meet our customers expectations. Helpers will be advised to carry mask at all times to keep you & your family safest at all times. We accept any contract.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will give you a heads-up call to let you know were in transit from our location to yours, usually 10-30 minutes before arrival. If we are unloading we advise you show our crew where things go , if we are loading we advise you provide blankets or other soft materials for loading to protect all fragile glass or wood. Once we begin we will work hard with one another using communication and Tetris skills to successfully move objects from point to A to B without worry on your behalf. We look to serve.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prep by wrapping all fragile glass such as tabletops , televisions, and doors in blankets or paper to prevent scratches or damages , as well as to speed up the process of their move . Anything wood should be wrapped the same and all objects inside dressers , chest , or bookshelves should be placed into boxes to also help speed up their process . Saving them money in the long run . All of our staff is dog-friendly , but we'd advise placing pets somewhere safe so they are not injured.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every kind of move, from local moves to long distance moves. We offer multiple services! We offer a 20% discount to returning customers , so they can save during this pandemic.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to see a satisfied customer , as well as knowing I'm helping them at the lowest rates.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are trained in heavy & careful lifting , furniture wrapping , and dolly equipment using. We also have technicians trained for multiple appliances.
