My experience with 4CORNERMOVERS was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did they accommodate my flexible schedule, but they were incredibly polite, efficient and hard working! They really helped alleviate the stressful process that is moving. I would absolutely use their services again, and definitely recommend them!

Great help! They called saying when they would arrive. They arrived early and worked efficiently where the project was done in less than the time wad allocated. Friendly too! I'd hire again

I hired them 3 months in advance. Scheduled to arrive between 10a-11a. 1140a I called. Excuse one: they were late on another job. I asked to be contacted with ETA. 1p no contact. I was supposed to be vacated by 2p. I had a hotel reservation 4 hours into my move. I called again. Excuse 2: staff had tested positive for Covid. No resolution or apology. They never showed!! Or followed up with an explanation. Had to pay for late vacate fee, a hotel 1 mi from home as all my things were packed. And a hotel in Trinidad as I planned to get that far driving.

Mover's response:
First of all I don't know how she was able to leave us a review because we never serviced her(.) This customer had to replace service providers due to an aggressive taunt she made at our management. We also had staff reach out and explain why you were unable to be serviced so how you left us a review we have no idea. We will follow with HireAHelper to see what we can do to better solve this.

They were not strategic, efficient or quick moving at all and caused major issues that left me with over half a uhaul truck to move alone after 4 hours, even with my breaking a sweat and helping for 2 of the hours. For a 1 bedroom apartment, I was shocked. I’ve had movers for 3 hours that completed the same load and unload of stuff. I felt very taken advantage of and like I was expected to just accept the situation for what it was without any awareness, empathy, apology or explanation from them of how that possibly seemed to be ok. An acknowledgment of the fact that it was not normal that it took so long or even an apology would have gone a long way.

Hello everyone, Malik here with 4cornermovers to explain. The customer had an apartment downtown , she didn't reserve an elevator, she had an extremely long inside apartment walk , and she became verbally aggressive with crew after 2 hours into the move. We stayed professional and tried to give reasoning but she wasn't having it. We hope this explains a little better what happened on this move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Our customers will be greeted by individuals with experience necessary to move their belongings. Our guys know our customers are the heart of our company so they will be more than delighted to meet our customers expectations. Helpers will be advised to carry mask at all times to keep you & your family safest at all times. We accept any contract.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our team will give you a heads-up call to let you know were in transit from our location to yours, usually 10-30 minutes before arrival. If we are unloading we advise you show our crew where things go , if we are loading we advise you provide blankets or other soft materials for loading to protect all fragile glass or wood. Once we begin we will work hard with one another using communication and Tetris skills to successfully move objects from point to A to B without worry on your behalf. We look to serve.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A customer should prep by wrapping all fragile glass such as tabletops , televisions, and doors in blankets or paper to prevent scratches or damages , as well as to speed up the process of their move . Anything wood should be wrapped the same and all objects inside dressers , chest , or bookshelves should be placed into boxes to also help speed up their process . Saving them money in the long run . All of our staff is dog-friendly , but we'd advise placing pets somewhere safe so they are not injured.

What types of moves have you handled?

We've handled every kind of move, from local moves to long distance moves. We offer multiple services! We offer a 20% discount to returning customers , so they can save during this pandemic.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being able to see a satisfied customer , as well as knowing I'm helping them at the lowest rates.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We are trained in heavy & careful lifting , furniture wrapping , and dolly equipment using. We also have technicians trained for multiple appliances.

Plastic wrap:
We insure the safety of our customers as well as their families by following safety standard protocols and maintaining a safe social distancing., ($30.00/ea.)
Rope:
Nylon rope that can safely secure an entire 16' pod with no problem., ($5.00/ea.)
