They went above and beyond! Got the job done quickly and safely, and even when they wrapped up early, they stayed the full time to help set up some furniture. And just incredibly nice and gracious. Would absolutely hire again.

Slow, non prepared, and not careful. These guys did a ton of damage to my home, couldn’t even complete half the job when it took the same amount of time to complete the entire job to pack. We asked them to use our gate for outdoor furniture and put it in the backyard. They decided the front door and back slider was better and did not listen. 3 guys only 1 box at a time milking the clock. They didn’t start moving boxes till half hour after they arrived due to issues with the way the system listed the request and still expected to receive compensation for waiting around when they were asked to start right away while I figure out the issues with the billing.

Had to call the cops to get them to leave my home.

They threatened to assault me.

Yet they still expect to be paid.

Mover's response:
We arrived a little before 2:00pm , Mr Sean was expecting us between 2-3pm. When we arrived we immediately introduced ourselves after we unpacked our car with our dollies , tools, and hand trucks . We opened 1 of the customers 2 Pods . Only 1 container was listed on his invoice so we explained to the customer because of liability we can not touch containers or vehicles not insured by the company. At this point Sean became very angry stating that his 2 pods , and 26 foot truck was on his invoice. It was not and we showed him . At this point he told us we'd better not leave or he would sue us and HireAHelper. He stated he did not want us to start untill he got in contact with a supervisor and demanded we not leave . At around 2:45 Sean returned with a supervisor named Sandy. Sandy told us that Sean had placed the order online incorrectly himself. He had only 1 pod on his invoice and had 3 helpers for 2 hours. When we arrived he had 2 - 16 foot PODS and a 26 foot truck. In our experience that would take closer to 5 hours to unload with 4 helpers . Sandy then stated if we did not stay an extra hour to help , the customer would not release any payments. We stayed an extra hour and as we were leaving Sean became hostile because he said we didn't finish his order. We unloaded the 26 foot truck and two thirds of a Pod Sean had directed us to unload. He began yelling , in which he threatened to remove us physically if one of our guys didn't hurry up and run from his house. No police report was ever given to us nor HireAHelper to follow up on. Nor did our guys ever physically threaten him in anyway. Malik stated "he was afraid for his life that night because Mr. Sean had an open gun stored in his closet and he was chasing him out of his house. We hope this does clarify our side of the review. We have served proud Coloradans and new faces for years and we hope our reviews and hard work ethic shows how dedicated we are to serving you.

Nice guys...but the broke my son's bunk bed taking it apart (I hired four guys but one guy tried to do it alone). AND my desk was partially disassembled and set on it's legs with nothing underneath...but plenty on top. In transit the load shifted and my desk collapsed. If the desk had been loaded on its side or upside down it would have been fine...this was a rookie mistake.

Two major pieces of furniture had to be replaced...costing WAAAYYYY more than the actual service.

Again, nice guys, but they cost me thousands to replace the things they broke, or loaded in such a way that were guaranteed to be broken on arrival.

Hello Katie , Malik with 4cornermovers here to better explain what happened to your load during transit. On the day of the move , we informed you that if you did not have any tie downs to secure your load things would shift . We also are required to take photo documents of every thing we wrap or load , and we have shared those documents with HireAHelper to better help them as well as your self receive the best customer experience possible. Those documents showed you didn't order any tie down , nor any protective wrapping material to protect your good from damage or shifting . We've also uploaded the pictures to HireAHelper for your son's bed frame to better assist you . Hopefully your future moves are better and always remember to protect your furniture with blankets , bubble wrap , furniture wrap or any protective padding before shipping it through a container or truck . Also don't forget to buy ratchet straps and/or rope . We supplied you & your loved ones with free tie down and stretch wrap before anything took place , but had you bought some sort of protection you would've avoided the majority of your problems with this move. We hope your future endeavors are more fruitful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Our customers will be greeted by individuals with experience necessary to move their belongings. Our guys know our customers are the heart of our company so they will be more than delighted to meet our customers expectations. Helpers will be advised to carry mask at all times to keep you & your family safest at all times. We accept any contract.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our team will give you a heads-up call to let you know were in transit from our location to yours, usually 10-30 minutes before arrival. If we are unloading we advise you show our crew where things go , if we are loading we advise you provide blankets or other soft materials for loading to protect all fragile glass or wood. Once we begin we will work hard with one another using communication and Tetris skills to successfully move objects from point to A to B without worry on your behalf. We look to serve.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A customer should prep by wrapping all fragile glass such as tabletops , televisions, and doors in blankets or paper to prevent scratches or damages , as well as to speed up the process of their move . Anything wood should be wrapped the same and all objects inside dressers , chest , or bookshelves should be placed into boxes to also help speed up their process . Saving them money in the long run . All of our staff is dog-friendly , but we'd advise placing pets somewhere safe so they are not injured.

What types of moves have you handled?

We've handled every kind of move, from local moves to long distance moves. We offer multiple services! We offer a 20% discount to returning customers , so they can save during this pandemic.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being able to see a satisfied customer, as well as knowing I'm helping them at the lowest rates.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We are trained in heavy & careful lifting, furniture wrapping, and dolly equipment using. We also have technicians trained for moving different appliances.

We insure the safety of our customers as well as their families by following safety standard protocols and maintaining a safe social distancing., ($30.00/ea.)
Rope:
Nylon rope that can safely secure an entire 16' pod with no problem., ($5.00/ea.)
