The two movers Garrett and Sully were professional, courteous, and capable. They knew how to load and balance the pod and kept going for 2+ additional hours. The one issue I had was the company didn't send any straps or furniture pads with the movers, in spite of me requesting that specifically in my notes when I booked the order. It was as though the notes were never shared with the moving company. Fortunately, we had a few straps and furniture pads that we made do with. Also, the movers didn't have booties or masks (just 1 mask between the 2 people), in spite of me asking for that in my notes. Fortunately, we had some extra booties and masks that we were able to get them to use. Other than the above hiccups, the people themselves were great to work with and we appreciated their patience and expertise. Will certainly use them again!

Have everything you need personal, or need easy access to , keep it near you so it does not get loaded , or mixed up. Try to be as ready as possible, the more you're ready the more efficient and effective we can be.
What types of moves have you handled?
Everything under the sun. We have done office moves, townhomes, mansions , and apartments. Nothing to big or to small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
To work with new people everyday. We learn about everyone and it's something new all the time!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Everyone who works for us is trained by the head three guys who run our business. We are Dedicated to providing a great customer experience and service. We are also fully insured and registered with the state of Colorado.
